Proceedings of the International Conference on 'Electronic Structure: Predictions and Applications'

摘要

The development of new tools to predict the electronic structure of matter constitutes a vivid research field that brings together active researches ranging from condensed matter physicists to laboratory-oriented organic chemists, going through the plethora of physical chemists, chemical physicists, computational/theoretical chemists and physicists, etc. With this in mind, on 3-7 October 2000, the University of the Basque Country (Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea) hosted the conference "Electronic Structure: Prediction and Applications (ESPA)" at the Miramar Palace in Donostia. The 122 participants from 16 countries who attended this meeting made the conference memorable.
