US-based industrial and aerospace manufacturer, Barnes Group, Inc., has announced its intention to acquire the mould making business of Adval Tech's moulds business (FOBOHA), to focus on the development and manufacture of complex plastic injection moulds for packaging, medical, consumer and automotive applications.
