Mixed plastics recycler Express Recycling and Plastics is planning to start up a trading operation as an extension to its investment in additional recycling facilities at its 2 acre site at Rainham in Essex.The company acknowledges a certain lack of focus in the past, but has been working to' improve the quality of its own recycling operations, and with its new trading arm will also deal in bulk waste which it will not recycle itself.
