PNG Court Approves Santos, Oil Search Merger

Papua New Guinea-focused Oil Search says the PNG National Court has approved its merger with Australian independent Santos. The merger of Santos and Oil Search will create an oil and gas producer with pro-forma combined 2021 production of around 320,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day and stakes in four LNG projects in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
