Cartel crack down on bag makers and rubber chemical producers

THE European cartel police have hit at industrial plastic bag producers and at rubber chemicals manufacturers.The European Commission has fined 16 bag companies a total of euro 290-71 million and four rubber chemicals companies euro 75-86 million for price fixing.
