A SHAKE-UP is expected in the Milacron plastics machinery businesses in both Europe and North America.Double-digit growth in sales and orders over the third quarter last year in North America were offset by a 6 per cent decline in orders in the company's European machinery segment,and the company lost slightly more in the third quarter this year than it did in 2004.
