Shawcor bags Thailand work

Shawcor reports that its pipe coating division has received a contract worth more than US $30m from Marubeni-Itochu Tubulars Asia, a 100 subsidiary of Marubeni-Itochu Steel. Under the deal, Shawcor will provide internal lining and three layer polyethylene anti-corrosion pipeline coatings for Thailand's Fifth Transmission Pipeline project.
