Trelieborg has announced the acquisition of Ambler Technology Limited (ATL), a manufacturer of syntactic foam and composite products based in Rochdale. Founded in 1969 and having diversified from a traditional pattern making business into a manufacturer, processor and machinist of low density syntactic foam and composite solutions, ATL has experience across a wide range of applications including offshore oil and gas, aerospace, automotive and energy.
