Rapid production tooling for large automotive parts

SPG Group has developed a rapid tooling system for the automotive industry.Pre-Tension Tool is capable of producing large car parts such as bumpers,and the whole process can be completed in eight weeks.The proprietary ssytem was originally devised for the production of fully functional moulded prototypes but SPG has now developed and extended the technology to build moulds capable of short series production.
