摘要

Hydroxyl-containing. Fluorinated polyimide-silica hybrid materials (FPI - SiO{sub}2) were obtained using the sol-gel technique by polycondensation of tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) in 3-aminopropylmethyl diethoxysilane (APrMDEOS)-terminated amic acid solution. Infrared, 29{sup left}Si- and 13{sup left}C-NMR spectroscopy mid thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were used to study hybrids containing various proportions of TMOS. The microstructure and chain mobility of the hybrids was investigated by spin - lattice relaxation time in rotating frame (T{sub}(1{sub}ρ){sup}H) measurements. The apparent activation energy (E{sub}a) for degradation of the hybrids was studied by Friedman and van Krevelen methods.
