Bayer's Chinese polycarbonate expansion delayed:interesting times in the PC business

LOCAL infrastructure problems have delayed start up of the next 100,000 tonnes polycarbonate plant being built by Bayer MaterialScience in China.The plant,at Caojing,near Shanghai,adds a second 100,000 tonnes line to the 100,000 tonnes started up last year.
