We would like to congratulate the authors for their extensive study on cadavers and patients, describing a modified approach to the method of Beat Hammer, used for medial canthopexy.J They break a lance for omitting the need to use trans-nasal owls and putting the other orbit at risk. However, a coronal approach is still needed.
