We study the rare mesonic decays D-s(+)-> D upsilon(+)(upsilon) over bar B-s(0) -> B-0(upsilon) over bar upsilon and K+ -> pi(+) upsilon(upsilon) over bar for the search of new physics (NP) in the form of nonstandard neutrino interactions (NSIs). We calculate branching ratios (BRs) of these decays in the framework of NSIs. We try to explore the possibility for second and third generations of quarks in NSIs, exactly on the same footing as for leptonic case we have epsilon(e)(alpha beta) epsilon(mu)(alpha beta), and epsilon(T)(alpha beta) . We show that there exist a possibility for epsilon cL/TT, and epsilon tL/TT tt also from these reactions. Three other processes D+ -> pi (+-) upsilon upsilon D-0 -> pi(0)upsilon(upsilon) over bar and D-s(+) K+(upsilon) over bar upsilon are investigated with s and b quarks in the loop for NSIs instead of d quark only. Constraints on epsilon qL/TT and epsilon(qL)(TT) (where q = s, b and l, l' not equal T) are provided. We point out that constraints for u, c and t quarks are equal (epsilon(uL)(TT) = epsilon(TT) (cL)= similar to cL O(10(-2))) and similarly for d, s and b quarks the constraints are equal (epsilon dL/TT = epsilon sL(TT) = epsilon(bL)(TT) similar to 1).
