Gillard, a UK-based specialist in extrusion cutting, has reported that the new Servo-Torq Ultra cutting system for smooth, cuffed and corrugated plastic, rubber tube or pipe will be in operation at the K Show. The company says that the new machine uses a special digital camera system to locate the peaks along the length of corrugated tube. This ensures that every cut takes place where it is intended to. This is normally in the middle of the flat or smooth part of the pipe.
