On an Eleven Dimensional E-infinity Fractal Spacetime Theory

In a recent paper Ji-Huan He drew attention to the possibility of a fractal 11 dimensional spacetime theory which is embedded in E-infinity. Using this idea He was able to obtain an approximate value to the number of elementary particles of the standard model which is quite close to the exact value. In the present note we give the exact formulation and solution to He's 11 dimensional fractal spacetime proposal.
