摘要

With the development of mobile communication technology, traditional decision support may not meet the requirement of real-time and mobility of user terminals, and bring some inconveniences to mobile users for accessing database and making decision. In this paper we discuss the mobile environment, which is a combination network of a perceptible network (vehicle traffic network) and an imperceptible network (wireless communication network). For vehicle traffic and wireless communication traffic constrains in mobile environment, we give a novel method for the mobile process modeling and the total cost optimizing by Markov decision process. Some simulations are discussed in the end.
