More than pancreatitis?

A 69-year-old woman was admitted via the acute surgical intake with a 5 day history of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. Her previous medical /surgical history included pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary embolism, asthma, hypertension and she had undergone a total gastrectomy with Roux-en-Y anastamosis and splenectomy some 14 years previously for ulcer disease with severe dysplasia.
