Response to Robert Segal's review of Reading the Red Book

As an author and forensic psychologist, I have had my share of negative critiques and reactions to my work, and have learned to accept them with a great deal of equanimity. However, Robert Segal's review of my Reading the Red Book contains numerous misguided opinions, unfounded claims, and failures of understanding. It requires this considered and full response.
