Development trends of alcohol fuel systems

摘要

Methanol synthesis process for organic waste is developing in the alcohol production field. Ethanol that is produced from raw material like a sugar is expected as a renewable source of energy and then, utilization of ethanol FFV has been spread. An intermittent dual fluid exhaust burner (WEB) for the reduction of formaldehyde emission and methanol premixed self-ignition combustion system for the reduction of NO{sub}x emission have been developed.
