While percutaneous renal sympathetic denervation (RDN) has been accepted as a promising treatment strategy adopted to supplement antihypertensive therapy in patients with resistant hypertension [1,2], a substantial proportion of patients remains unresponsive. There are no published data on how to treat patients with primary treatment success with RDN and later recurrence of resistant hypertension. We describe a clinical case of effective redo of percutaneous RDN with a second-generation device in a non-responder patient.
