摘要

Red-cell alloimmunization is an immune disorder due to an incompatibility between maternal and fetal red blood cell antigens . Because of its high prevalence and immunogenicity, antigen-D incompatibility is the most frequent cause of red-cell alloimmunization. However, red blood cells have more than 400 other surface antigens, at least 43 of which being capable of producing hemolytic disease . The following antigens are frequently associated with perinatal hemolytic disease: Rh (D, C, E, c, e, f, Cw); Kell (K, k-celano, Kpa, Kpb, Jsa, Jsb); MNS (M, N, s, S); Kidd (JKa, Mb); Duffy (Fya, Fyb); and Lutheran .
