摘要

This paper solves a plane strain problem for twobonded dissimilar planes containing a crack parallel to theinterface in each layer. The bimaterial system is loaded bytractions distributed along the crack surfaces. Based on theFourier transform, the problem is reduced to a system of Cauchytype singular integral equations which contain exact and explicitkernel functions. The solution of these equations is obtainedeasily by utilizing Gauss-Chebyshev integral formulae forvarious material combinations and geometrical parameters.Several numerical results of stress intensity factors, energyrelease rate and stress distribution along the interface arepresented to exhibit the interaction among cracks and interface.
