Changes of specific activity of lipase and lipoxygenase during germination of wheat and barley.

摘要

Studies with wheat cv. Henrika and barley cv. Orlik showed a significant correlation of the specific activities of lipase and lipoxygenase during wheat germination, whereas such a correlation did not occur during barley germination.
