Techniques of interface agents in CSCW systems

摘要

In this paper, a method for designing CSCD CSCW system is proposed in the form of MAS-based model. This method can be used to develop interface agents in this model. The paper shows the importance to construct agents that are both interactive interface agents and autonomous interface agents. We illustrate the structure of agents of MAS-based model, especially autonomous interface agents, and discuss some design principles for such agents.
