This paper describes the carrier-level simulation for hardware experiments of the Inverse GPS based positioning system. The system consists of delay time difference estimation subsystem and position calculation subsystem. This paper shows a block diagram of the delay time difference estimation subsystem and position calculation. After decision of several parameters, for example IF, aimed at 2.4GHz Wireless LAN signals, it is confirm that this system performs. Basic performance evaluations for hardware experiments are carried out to get the minimum time for position estimation and relationship between estimation errors and GDOP, etc.
