For the second time, the board of directors at the Brazilian energy major postponed approval of the company's five-year business plan. During a meeting on June 17, the board urged Petrobras management to perform additional "stress tests" to asses how any changes to the economy may affect the proposed 2011-2015 investment plan, which is an update to the $224B 2010-2014 investment plan.
