Refining margins in-Northwest Europe continued to rise, according to data from Muse, Stancil Co., and profits for Rotterdam and the Mediterranean have rebounded from several months of declines, as reported by Pace Consultants. Margins in the US were mixed, although Muse showed that profits in the US Midwest region are surging and remain significandy higher than profits in other areas. In Asia, meanwhile, Muse reported that margins in Southeast Asia are inching down, and Pace reported that profits in Singapore are inching up.
