Technical architecture of ear tag application in farm animals

Since time memorial, livestock owners have been identifying their animals by some or other means. They used to give a call to the animal by a nick name to receive its reponse. Slowly, identification of animals with the name got diluted due to increase in the farm size. With the multifarious advancement in livestock industry and its significant contribution to the economy of the enterprenuer, there are now various other definite means of identification available. Besides others, the most commonly used method is the 'Ear Tagging'. In india, ear tagging is going very popular and hence, it becomes pertinent of explore more about it for the benefit of all concerned.
