According to the EIA, the national average retail price for regular gasoline was $3.713/gal on June 13, a 6.8φ/gal drop from the June 6 price, while RFG's national average was $3.816/gal, a 5.4φ/gal decrease on the week. Houston, Texas' $3.528/gal was the lowest price for both regular gasoline and RFG, while Chicago, Illinois' $4.114/gal was the highest for both grades. Gasoline prices have now fallen for five consecutive weeks.
