According to the US Energy Information Administration (EIA), the national average retail price for regular gasoline was $3,781 /gal on June 6, a 1.3φ/gal decrease from the May 30 price and the fourth weekly decline in a row. Houston, Texas' $3.565/gal was the lowest price for gasoline, while Chicago, Illinois' $4.254/gal was the highest. RFG's national average settled at $3.87/gal, a drop of 3.5φ/gal on the week.
