The effect of enzyme cocktail (Xylanase, p-glucanase, cellulase and phytase) on the organic matter digestibility of pig feeds was studied by in vitro method. Six diets (Creep standard, creep economic, grower standard, grower economic finisher standardand finisher economic) were formulated for three physiological stages (creep, grower and finisher) and these were incubated with enzyme cocktail with low (2500,1500,750 and 2000), medium (3000,2000,1000 and 2500) or high (3500,2500,1250 and 3000) unitsof activity for xylanase, p-glucanase, cellulose and phytase respectively and the OM and energy digestibility were studied. Incubation of creep standard and economic diets with enzyme cocktail containing high level of enzyme activity yielded significantly higher (P<0.01) IVOMD and DE than incubation with low and medium activities for both the diets. Similar trend was observed for grower and finisher standard and economic diets indicating high enzyme activity improves in vitro OM digestibility. Though the energy digestibility (P<0.01) diets showed significance,it was not significant for grower and finisher standard diets.
