摘要

We have studied the effects of hydrostatic pressure and/or temperature on the catalytic activity of Horse Liver Alcohol Dehydrogenase (HLADH). TheVmax, Km and thermo-dynamical activation volume were determinedversuspressure in the range of 0.1 to 225 MPa at ambient temperature (29#xB0;C) and at the optimal temperature of HLADH (53#xB0;C).
