摘要

abstract_textpSix major impurities were observed during the development of dolutegravir. All these impurities were identified by using HPLC and LC-MS analysis and were synthesized starting from (4R, 12aS)-7-methoxy-4-methyl-6,8-dioxo-3,4,6,8,12,12a-hexahydro-2H-pyrido1', 2': 4,5pyrazino 2, 1-b1, 3oxazine-9-carboxylic acid 1. All the synthesized impurities were characterized by using (HNMR)-H-1, (CNMR)-C-13, Mass and HPLC analysis. These compounds can be used as a reference standard for the active pharmaceutical ingredient manufactures and research organizations./p/abstract_text
