Croatia looks to review INA contracts with Hungarian MOL.

The country is keen to review contracts with MOL from 2003 and 2009 that give the Hungarian refiner control rights over INA, as Croatia must protect its energy security and meet unfulfilled contract objectives, said Croatian Economy Minister Djuro Popijac. MOL currendy holds 47.47 of INA, and the Croatian government controls 44.84.
