"EIPCS-4-3" system proposed by PWT-Impulse Co. guarantees high productivity, efficiency, proper clearing without damage to the walls of the cars, no use of manual labour and low costs. The system may be used in different configurations. It may be fixed on a car dumper, it provides for parallel unloading and clearing of the mine trucks' open top. Installation of the system on special moveable frames of the checkpoint located along the railway allows the mine truck or railway car-hopper to be unloaded or cleared through bottom holes. In this version the impulse plates are pressed by means of hydraulic devices to the walls of both sides of the car being unloaded or cleared. After complete clearing of the walls the plates are taken away, and the car gives way to the next one. Successful exploitation of the system has indicated a possibility of two versions: for clearing of already unloaded cars; or, for destroying adhesion bonds between the cargo bulk and car walls prior to the unloading procedure. The efficiency of the system has been proven by the positive response received from customers using this system.
