Comparison of the losses of a moving-magnet type linear oscillatory actuator under two driving methods

摘要

This paper deals with the efficiency and the iron loss of linear oscillatory actuator (LOA) under two driving methods. The two driving methods are sinusoidal-current and rectangular-voltage drives. The efficiency and iron loss of the LOA are 79 and 2.84 W/kg under the sinusoidal current drive with an exciting current of 1 A and frequency of 37.1 Hz.
