Overtone and hothyphen;band assignments in the 2lcub;ngr;3, ngr;6rcub; levels of CHD3

Assignments have been carried out for the 2ngr;3/(ngr;3+ngr;6)/2ngr;6(triad)larr;ground state overtone bands and the triadlarr;ngr;3/ngr;6hothyphen;band system of CHD3. A vibrational extrapolation method, using correspondences between a sphericalhyphen;tensor formalism and the more conventional description of symmetrichyphen;rotor spectra, was used to facilitate the assignment and analysis of these bands. The resulting assignments have been confirmed by timehyphen;resolved doublehyphen;resonance measurements.
