The evaluation of threehyphen;dimensional rotational averages

Rotational averages of even rank up to 10 are expressed as linear combinations of invariants and are shown to be easy to evaluate by computer programming. Simple relations between averages of different rank are obtained. Averages of odd rank may be straightforwardly derived from averages of even rank.
