New Loading Assembly for Easier, Faster Installation

A new type of loading assembly for process weighing applications has been developed to allow simple, fast installation and removal without specialist equipment. Unveiled by Thames Side-Maywood at this year's Solidex exhibition, Lever-Mount~(TM) has an exclusive design which can be safely raised and lowered under load with no need for separate support pillars or external jacks.Lever-Mount is supplied as a complete assembly with its own load cell. Once the vessel has been positioned on the sturdy base casting, the removal of two transit bolts allows the load cell itself to act as a lever, raising the top plate of the mount into the working position.
