Ferroelectric Field of BaTiO3as Measured by Electron Diffraction

摘要

The electrostatic field in a BaTiO3crystal given by orientation of the ferroelectric domains is measured by observing the dielectric relaxation in terms of electron diffraction. This field amounts to about 200 kV/cm along the 210 axis.
