摘要

A simple formalism based on path integrals is applied for calculating twohyphen;particle intracollisional correlation functions in the semiclassical limit. The parameterhyphen;free spectral line model obtained in this way is compared with an exact quantum line shape calculation for collisionhyphen;induced absorption of the Nendash;Ar system at 300 K. Close agreement between model and exact line shape is obtained.
