The thermal conductivity data for krypton and xenon are reported in the temperature range 350ndash;1500deg;K. The conductivity column method is used for which all the necessary details are given in an earlier publication J. Chem. Phys.48,5662 (1968). The new data agree well with the available data but the latter are limited to the highest temperature of 579deg;K only. Thus, the reported data above 579deg;K are novel. The measured conductivity values are well correlated by a quadratic polynomial in temperature over the entire range. The estimated uncertainty of our measurements is about plusmn;thinsp;2percnt;. The measured values are compared with the predictions of theory and also used for generating the viscosity and diffusion coefficients.
