Theoretical values for the multipole polarizabilities and like atom van der Waals coefficientsC6,C8, andC10are used with the Kramerhyphen;Herschbach combination rules to calculateC8andC10for unlike atoms in the set (H, He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe). It is argued that in most cases these values are the most accurate available and should be good to sim;plusmn;10percnt;.
