摘要

Out-of-control anxiety. No other issue is as important to nurses seeking therapeutic help, or more stubborn to remove. There are hundreds of therapies and cures on sale, from crystal healing to herbal remedies, all claiming to bring calm to the most troubled soul. Most are useless at best, some offer temporary relief; but anxiety comes back to haunt the overly worried every time. False hope based on short-term fixes leaves sufferers exhausted and hopeless. People grapple with anxiety, try to shut it away; they may come to despise it, or surrender to it in miserable OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). But there is no need to fear the anxiety monster-make it your friend, and it will serve you well.
