摘要

In public focus Visibility, robustness and reduction - these were the guidelines given for the design of the art faculty. The intention was that everyone should be able to see from outside how art is being made. Situated on an industrial wasteland site, the building is solid and can cope with handcraft of any kind. In design terms the building is deliberately restrained - the spotlight is on the art and the artists.
