Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Unascertained Three Value Expectation for International Investment Environment

The comprehensive evaluation problem of the international investment environment was studied, the index system of the international investment environment comprehensive evaluation was established, and the Unascertained measure expectation and three value measure expectation was defined, based on the Unascertained measure method, a method which suitable to the international investment comprehensive evaluation and the Unascertained measure expectation model was given. And an example of the application of assessment method and model was illustrated; the method which is scientific and effective was shown.
