摘要

The development of Micro total analysis system, Lab-on-a-Chip-systems and miniaturization of Biosensors based on nanotechnology are rapidly developing with gaining undisputable ground and becoming widespread in the biomedical with capability of improving the existing current diagnosis technologies, separation technologies and chemical synthesis techniques. For these nano biosensors to reach their potential without any disturbing limitations, they must be integrated with appropriate fluid delivery system which is fabricated from mechanically strong polymer that has excellent working properties and transparent with capabilities of delivering clinical samples is needed, thus, in this review we provided a short of summary of the material developments in microfiuidic chip with focus on Poly (methythelsilocone) (PDMS)-as polymer materials.
