A Symmetry Property of Odd Order Magic Square Matrix and its Proof

According to a kind of structure of the odd order magic square matrix given by Ref. [1], analyzes the characteristics of odd order magic square matrix, gives a general formula of odd order magic square of odd order magic square matrix, a symmetry property, the property is proved.
