Process line thermometer can take the heat up to 250 degrees

Sensor maker Micro-Epsilon has developed an infrared thermometer for production lines and process environments that can take measurements of materials such as fabric and web working in ambient temperatures of up to 250 deg C without any need for cooling. The Optris CT Hot enables temperature measurements from -40 deg C up to 975 deg C without any cooling of the sensor head. New design features include detector materials, mechanical design and high temperature cabling.
