Despite what appears to be a generally negative global market, some tin-related indicators are beginning to indicate returning stability. One of the major indicators – the manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI), which is a good estimate of the strength of the manufacturing sector – appears to be flattening, with the decline in the sector slowing.
